Service Description

Experience a holistic full body Shiatsu massage on a padded mat on the floor in a dedicated room in my home. Wear loose, light clothing which covers your skin. Avoid eating a heavy meal before a treatment. In your first consultation we will discuss the first treatment form which I will send to you to complete beforehand. After a treatment, avoid strenuous exercise and alcohol. Drink plenty of water and take time to rest. Initial consultation £60 Follow-up treatments £50
